Yay! We were here for an open bar before a night out at a club for a bachelorette shindig. The bartenders were super friendly and accommodating, even sneaking us doubles and shots, despite it being against the rules. Of course, we tipped them generously for that. They also serve food, but we were just there for the libations so I can't say whether or not it's good but it seemed like there were plenty of diners enjoying themselves.

I had purchased the Travel Zoo deal for this place and it was about to expire, so I headed over there last night. It was nearly empty; from the reviews, it seems like more of a late night kind of experience. The interior is awesome, great lighting, the music was good, lovely interior. Sabina, the server, had no problem with our TZ deal and pointed out the items on the menu that were applicable. We started with drinks... cannot remember the exact names, but I had the "fruit and nut" or "cherry nut" - cherry vodka and frangelico. Larry S. had a spicy lemongrass margarita. Both were great; however, mine came with a TON of ice. Larry's was up... probably the way to go. We next had the trilogy ceviche - came with an octopus ceviche, mexican ceviche (white fish and mango) and the leon ceviche. Delicious and very fresh! After the ceviche, we had the Hottie roll and an order of grilled calamari. Both items were excellent. The roll was much larger than a roll at a typical sushi place and each piece had a slice of jalapeño on top. The calamari was tender and plentiful; the order included rings and tentacles. Sabina couldn't have been nicer, informing us of upcoming events, such as happy hour specials and live music nights. It was a really enjoyable experience!

LOVED the music and the vibe at this place. cruising Collins looking for another lounge to hit up, we could hear the music bumpin' from the streets! it was Snoop ft. Pharrell "Beautiful." no joke we walked inside and felt like we were in the middle of a Snoop ft. Pharrell video shoot!! the place was peaking, people were enjoying their meals/drinks/party at the booths and tables, everyone's dressed to impress (as was the key throughout my South Beach vacation, whether it be lunch on a weekday or drinks on a Saturday night). beautiful people and beautifully dressed people are everywhere and the drinks are flowing. and then the band hit the stage up front. pretty much South Beach's version of Super Karaoke: instrumentals of pop hits playing as 4-5 people on mics are dancing and singing on stage, combing through the crowds and tables dancing with everyone and even bringing people on stage to sing and dance along. so much fun! -civilities.

The service was great. The server actually came back so many times it was uncomfortable. I think they wanted us to eat and drink more. We can for a comedy show which was decent. There was Spanish reality show being filled there simultaneously. Highly entertaining. The sushi wasn't anything to brag about and costs about $16/roll. The sake was crazy expensive also... Particularly given that by 9 they said they'd run out of the two cheapest options. I MAY go back for a comedy show, but more than likely not.

I came here for a special event and it was pretty cool. It's more in the north beach area and it was pouring rain when we went. Thankfully they have a nearby metered parking lot so that wasn't too hard. The proves are on the expensive side and like sushi fusion style. I had a really good peanut crab salad that was really good. The bar/lounge is nice and the decor is really modern and cool to hang out with friends. I had a spicy martini which I definitely wouldn't recommend or get next time. If in the area, i'd stop by or check this place out.

Really nice atmosphere, but I ordered a roll and asked for it with cream cheese. They brought it without cream cheese and I mentioned it and they told me, "Sorry we can't remake orders I can bring you a side of cream cheese though?" Even though I ordered it like that they could fix it for me. Other people in our group were disappointed as well. They ordered a crepe that said, Nutella AND strawberries crepe. They brought a crepe with only Nutella and said it is only Nutella or strawberries. Total bullshit!!! Sorry for my French.

I went for 5 de mayo 2014. When I arrived place looked nice, and good ambiance and location, the service was good. The prices are high and the food is fair. I was having a good time so i didnt mind. It was time to go home and asked for the check and told the waiter to add the 15% tip, and he replied "no, the system wont let me do it...sorry!". So he brings me back a $71 check tab (itemized receipt not included). I assume the tip is not included as he told me the system wouldn't allow him to do that. So I added the tip ($15) for a total of $86. Two days later I check my credit car statement and I see the transaction had a tip of $25. uhh....sure enough the waiter added the tip to the total, lied to me and then didnt bring me the itemized receipt to keep me from seeing what he did. You've got to have some balls to steal money from your customers in that fashion. I ended up calling my bank to open an investigation, so they will take care of this. So, i gave this place a two star to be fair (because I've seem worse places), because for establishments to steam money this way seems to be a new trend in Miami and is not unique to this place. The food and service and not worth the prices and if they steal from the customers imagine what else they could be doing to your food and drinks behind the counter. No way in hell I would ever go back to this place or recommend to someone else.

I don't think the owner of Barezzito could decide between having a club or a restaurant, and somehow went with a hybrid of both. Annoying to be eating while there are groups of loud club chicks gaggling loud by the front entrance and band set up area. The redeeming qualities during our visit was the waiter Ryan who was great with the menu knowledge. Everything recommended we tried and were blown away. Fast and professional, a rare find for a waiter in South Beach especially. The hottie roll and honeymoon roll were amazing and unique. That being said, given the annoying loud atmosphere, we won't revisit.

We went there for a friends B-day "Just for Dinner" and we saw a band setting up and did not think much of the band or the restaurant...UNTIL our food started arriving (Mind you, we were a party of 12 so we had a varied selection of food) The food was AMAZING! Everything was delicious. Then the band began to play OMG They are SOOOO good and upbeat. They were dancing with us and pulling us on to the stage! we ended up partying here until 3 AM. We had such a good time we are going back this Friday for my brothers B-day! LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!!!!

Ok guys so that you know BAREZZITO is a Mexican brand of bar/nightclub/restaurant that is really popular in big Mexican cities. They main investors decide to come to Miami and try their luck. Dont hate something because you dont understand it, it wont be quiet as a restaurant and also it wont be boring as one. I wont be as noisy as a nightclub but I will be fun. Go here if you want to go out without going to a nightclub and at the same time have sushi Mexican style. I dont think they charge your card on purpose twice I think its more a mistake of the waitress and they need more training to split checks. I have been there at least 10 times and I had a lot of fun. They should inform their customers better about the tips and double check before splitting checks. Also be sure that you count your drinks, sometimes the waitress cannot keep track of how many you order.

Food was absolutely horrible, the only thing that was good was the Havana Roll, but everything else we had to send back. Just not good, and come out less then lukewarm to make matter worse. To top it off, for a culinary student with a strong stomach , I vomited when I got home . Never again.

The place is interesting especially the decor and woodwork inside, but that's about the best thing about the place. This place isn't sure if it is a club, restaurant, or karaoke bar. I was there for a couple of hours and experienced all 3. I can be annoying to have some guy fist pumping to a bad cover of lady gaga while your trying to eat your shrimp tempura roll. The staff was lacking as well. Not all there fault since they had a million odd duties to preform. All in all for the price you pay I wouldnt do back. The only positive was that after about an hour the food I got was very good.

This would be an one star (or less) review if it wasn't for the amazing hostess and waiter, they treated us like royalty. Waiter divided out check from a 6 party no questions asked and no nasty faces (like the rest of them do in SoBe) and the place has a great location atmosphere and nice live band (tho they should play a better selection of music...I am a fan of salsa etc but come on people one or two tracks is fine this is SoBe not Hialeah!!!) the meany was beautiful endless yummy combinations but the actual food...below mediocre: chewy steaks, overly salted carpaccio and tuna tartar, all sushi raw fish as fresh as..."publix" if you know what I mean and on top of that small portions with big prices...I mean come on I know your rent is expensive but if you are going to offer a fancy menu with big prices and small plates like Zuma and Nobu at least try to match their food quality? Not even close! Will go there again for drinks etc but the food? Just close your kitchen already and become a real club like mynt etc or try to match the quality of...not even Nobu or Zuma let's not be unrealistic but at least something like Haven standards? For our tummy sakes ;)

I have lived in Sobe for a few years now. I have really gotten to know the little, 7 sq mile area. My girlfriends and I know what's delicious, what's fun, and where the great service is. Barezzito always makes us dance. It's not your typical uptight Sobe dinner or pre-party. Always busy, always a blast. The tuna and avocado tostadas...if I think of them, I crave. We always get a cpl orders of the ceviche and the papaya salad. The Honeymoon roll is my fav. Sweet and hearty with the almonds. Jicamon or Syama will make sure your night is perfect!

Our first day in Miami and what a pleasant surprise. We were expecting some sort of italian food, but instead was Asian fusion . The hostess did not speak English however, but the service by our waitress Olivia was excellent. Very attentive, offered recommendations and we took them all! She recommended all of our drinks which were a spice margarita very tasty and filtered sake can't go wrong with that! She also recommended all of our food. We had her pick us out some appetizers, which we ordered some rolls, one with shrimp tempura, honey, and almonds.... Wow!! Delicious!! Highly recommended, we also ordered a sashimi combo which was mediocre. (Could've been fresher) She assured us that the fillet mignon was delicious, so we agreed, again great! We enjoyes it so much we ordered another. The fillet was tender with a lot of flavor and on the sided were potatoes with a mustard sauce and shredded fried mushrooms. Menu was pretty pricey, but all in all, a nice experience.. Would recommend his place any day especially if your big on service, environment, sushi, and live music.

I wanted to give this place 5 stars but I can't. Why? 1. Drinks are so weak! They taste good but so watered down 2. I ordered Ketel one dirty martini .. it wasn't ketel. it was cheap well vodka. I know the difference I didn't even finish it. 3. my friends boyfriend ordered Don Julio repasado and it wasn't that either. We are locals and if you want locals to come back you need to make sure you're putting the Liqour we order in our glass. We ordered a side of spicy mayo and we finished two rolls before it came out. Nobody refilled our waters. The waiter was so cool but he needs the support of the actual restaurant to make it 5 stars. No reason why we have a $300 check and don't even have a little tiny buzz or be able to enjoy the drinks.

Good food and atmosphere. But BEWARE! My credit card was charged 3 times. Have been trying to contact management and no response. Also they automatically charge 18% gratuity which is fine with me, but our waitress conveniently did not tell us. She made out with an extra $40 in tips, and the service was not that great. I'm extremely disappointed and will never return. Now i have to go through my credit card company and dispute the charges. What started as a great night ended up as a horrible experience.

I ordered two sushi rolls both were bad . The rice on the sushi roll was all clingy and mushy . The coconut shrimp was ok . The sushi rolls are smothered in spicy mayo, that's no way to eat sushi.

If you are in South Beach you must eat at Barezzito! Oh how I loved this place. It's fantastic. The place it's very beautiful, the staff has been fantastic and the food it's great. The restaurant is a Mexican original where there are 16 around he country, this Miami spot is the fist one in the US and I hope the result of many more. Fist day I came in it was a Thursday and they had free Martinis for the lady's till 11pm yum, I had 2, a coconut and a lychee both very yummy. For dinner we so far had tried Honneymoon roll, Arrachera roll, Havana roll and mango roll, and a spicy roll I can't recall the name. Every roll is fantastic , the flavor is really a fusion between sushi and Latin or Mexican influence cuisine. The Havana roll was pork with a top sweet plantain they go together like bread and butter! I also tried the Michelada, if you like tomato juice and worchester sauce then u must try this drink!! Try it you won't be disappointed !!

Food wasn't good but it's fun for groups. They have a band there some night. I wouldn't go to eat but to have a drink maybe.

This is the first place I've ever been to anywhere in the world where they force you to order bottled water if you want water. I thought that was illegal. The sushi meat was horrible--but that's expected for a place that caters only to tourists. If you're looking for a super touristy grossly overpriced sushi spot on Miami Beach, look no further.

Fun place to go with friends , have decent sushi, drinks and live music. Service was very good, very friendly staff. Live band was lots of fun, dancing on the stage, singers coming around to the tables and getting you up to dance with them. I will go back again.

Restaurant decor is really nice, the crowed really hip and nicely dress, the band on friday night was amaizing, however they started late and they took many breaks. The sushi was alright nothing special, the waitress was a pain in the ass, she asked at least 20 times if we wanted to order more after we place our first order and 3 rounds of drinks, to my opinion a little to pushy and somehow annoying. The manager was nice and friendly 2 thumbs for Donato. Will probably go back, surely later then 8pm, we were the only people in the restaurant at that time..... I suggest arriving at 9:30 10pm perfect time for a lite bite and some fun.

I've been to Barzzito about five times now, and it has never let me know. First of all, the menu is delicious. My favorite two things are the tuna tostadas and the Mexican ceviche - we always get several orders of each when we go. The atmosphere here is always fun and lively, with a band starting to play around 11pm. A lot of people start the night here then go out to clubs, which are all conveniently within a couple blocks. Everyone is up and about dancing and it's a great place to meet people. I also finally got to check out their One Lounge, which I think is only open on Tuesdays. We went for one of my girlfriend's birthdays and loved it! Around midnight everyone starts heading towards the Lounge and they were completely full by 1am. Beautiful people and a great DJ! I think the entire Mexico soccer team sat next to us that night.. Barezzito is the best!
